For an Intl Trading Co. we are looking for a Vessel Logistics & Cargo Scheduling Specialist – Oil Products Exp.
Tasks
- Checking contracts
- L/C and Contracts terms verification
- Ship and cargo nomination
- Charter-party, freight payment, discharge orders, letters of indemnity, instructions to ship-broker/owners
- Vessel Operations and Scheduling Strategy in constant collaboration with the Traders – Agents – Masters – Terminals – etc.
- Chartering Barges and Vessels
- Storage management and monitoring
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 / 10 years of experience in Scheduling & Chartering – Oil Products Exp.
- Strong expertise in Scheduling Strategy
- Fluent in English – other languages an advantage
- Reliable – Able to work under pressure
- Readiness to travel (a couple of times per month)
- Good communication skills
